My life is like

Today's been fun. I've been quite clumsy today, I mean, more so than normal. At every opportunity I've tripped over chair legs, bumps in the pavement and small year seven children. I dropped my ipod, chocked on my drink and even dropped a biscuit in a cup of tea. The biscuit thing really annoyed my brother. I'm not sure why. He didn't lose anything- I'm the one that had to clean it up and make myself another drink! But no, he looked at me in disgust, threw a little strop, then moaned at me for making him feel sick and putting him off his food. That annoyed me a bit. Whilst I'm on the topic that teenage boys are drama queens I thought I'd also mention that I hate it when people try to get involved in things that don't concern them. Surely an issue two people are having does not require six people to air their opinions and try to input into the situation. It's not helpful! Things just end up getting twisted and made more complicated than they already are. People are so nosy, I'd quite like to just live in my own little personal bubble at the moment.

At least I got a lot done today. I tend to find that when I have a lot on my mind I get a lot of work done, mainly to distract myself from thinking, but also because I have a lot to do at the moment so I can't really afford to waste any time. With the GCSE exams soon and coursework deadlines even sooner, I have found that I'm constantly working or thinking about work I need to do. Like right now for instance, I'm thinking that instead of writing this blog and expressing myself, I should be revising for my chemistry exam in four weeks. It's ridiculous. Personally, I think it's too much pressure to put on a bunch of 16 year olds. At the moment we need to be discovering who we really are, what we want to do with our lives and how to interact effectively with people; Not studying algebra and databases. But, as it goes, I have no power over how the education system works so I'd better just get on with it rater than complaining. I'm slowly getting through my coursework, just got ICT, art and music to do now. I got though quite a lot of it today seeing as I was one of the only people in lessons because everyone else had been pulled into doing science coursework. It's surprising how much I manage to get done when no-one else is there to talk to!

Anyway, now I think I'm going to have a nice hot bath and relax before doing any more work. Goodbye for now...x
